The Stimulation CD Set contains one Fun Entertainment CD and one Exciting Stimulation CD. These CD’s begin by focusing your attention on mind stimulating sounds in order to increase beta level brain wave activity. Heavy bass tones are gradually introduced to stimulate the body and elicit the relaxation response. This combination entertains the mind and calms tension and hyperactivity in the body. |
